Here at WingTsun Kung Fu Leeds we will show you how to get fitter and tone up those unused muscles by using stretching techniques and bodyweight movements. The term "bodyweight" means that we do not use heavy equipment or need to "pump iron", we are simply working on exercising our muscles using our body's natural weight using Lat Sau, punching to pads and various other exercises.
Our leeds fitness sessions are Ideal For You, whether you are a man or woman, any age or physical condition, you don't need to be young or fit to enjoy a little body tune up. Your experienced instructor will work with you personally at the level you are comfortable with.
